The Stories.
The Collections.
The Books.
Okay…so I’ve always been able to write. But I never ever wanted to BE a “Writer.” I was never the girl who sat around in English class daydreaming about having something published one day. Yet here I am writing…and writing…and writing. Totally not in the plan. Then again, being widowed and left to raise three kids was not in the plan either…so I guess someone else is in charge of “the plan.” Clearly, it’s not me.
So here I am. My writing is now as important to me as my art. This is a 50/50 proposition. It makes perfect sense, actually. I am telling stories. And I am using my art…and my words. I think it’s a powerful combination…ART and WORDS. Good on their own. Better together. I hope you agree.
Just to clear things up: I am not the product of some marketing genius’s imagination. I am real. My stories are real. These words are from the heart…not the editor’s desk. That is why you may even find an occasional (GASP!) typo. You will most certainly encounter a few dangling participles. Consider yourself forewarned.
THE IRREVERENT WIDOW STORIES
To help you choose the stories that are right for you, THE IRREVERENT WIDOW STORIES have five levels that correlate to your degree of despondency. Everyone grieves at a different pace, so I have categorized these stories not by time spent grieving, but by the universal gold standard of “Tissue Consumption per Week.” These levels are only meant as a gentle guideline. As always, dear reader, you are encouraged to deviate.

THE IRREVERENT WIDOW COLLECTIONS
Collections of stories arranged by topic. The Free Story Collection is a bit different and is comprised of 10 stories that I chose as a sampling of my work, designed to provide comfort, hope and inspiration. Along with some irreverent humor from someone who knows just how many boxes of tissues one can go through in one short week. My heartfelt gift to you.
THE IRREVERENT WIDOW BOOKS
More challenging amounts of material for the reader who can get through an entire 3 month period without emptying out a box of tissues (cold, flu and/or allergy season not withstanding).
To see my refreshingly irreverent story collections, go to Not-So-Free Stories, or go to the Story Index to see all currently available individual stories and Make Your Own Collection! Tell your friends! Collect them all!
